At how many miles before you...

How about your antifreeze?

antifreeze should be changed/topped off as needed. 40K miles on a GT with lots of miles on it and the coolant was in the low, so I'd think by 60K you'd need a flush.

Automatic tranny fluid, 60K service. thumbsup

Havn't done coolant yet, but I changed the tranny fluid at around 21k.

gearbox oil should be changed every 40K miles, unless needed before that wink

Every year i change my transmission fluid, Air Filter, spark plugs and rotate tires.

Did the same to my previous car. Had it 6 years and never had to take in for service except for a tune up. No engine problems ever.

changing your spark plugs yearly is foolish, and you should change your Air Filter as needed, not on a set schedule thumbsup
