cant give you specifics,but it depends on how hard the car has been driven.but its 60k and you should be looking into changing the timing belt right about now.
btw.while they are under the timing cover,let them inspect the cam and crank seals as well and change them,they do go on the 5sfe at about that mileage(start leaking a little)
shit while you down there,put a crank pulley on they are cheap!
the water pump,you will have to make the call on that one,cause the pumps are built for it!
