When I shift into Reverse, there is no problem, but when i am rolling in reverse, then try to shift into reverse it grinds, and i've made sure that the clutch is all the way down, is this a normal prob, and if not, whats wrong with my car!!

you cant put it into reverse when you're already moving... you're supposed to be stopped when you put it in reverse...

all the MT cars that i've driven are like that.

isn't it because the reverse doesnt have a synchro or something...???? if you touch the gas while you have the clutch in then shift in to reverese wouldn't it prevent grinding?
