hi im innstaling my twm short shifter but the window up and down butons has a wier i dont can get out , is it only to pull in the clip on it and drag ity out? plz helkkp fast

yeah its just a clip, you might need a little screwdriver to pop it loose, i cant remember off the top of my head.

i just went out and checked, you can do it with your fingers, just push in the little clip on the side facing the front of car, and just wiggle harness off.

you'll need a screw driver unless you have long nails or tiny fingers.
Push in the clip, and the harness will slide out.
When you get the center console apart, don't loose the two "arms" or the console will wiggle when you put it together

you will need a small punch, one again im not sure quite what size, but the smaller the better, just hit it out with a hammer, itll come out pretty easy, but it will go back in hard.

its hard to put in reverse i dont have knob on yet is it normal

id say that that reverse is the only gear that got harder to find, but it shouldnt be to difficult. if its just a little different that should be normal. once you get the knob on it'll go easier.

ok tnx for the help i got it fhinsed nice its just a little squizy soond when i shift . cudd it be bad greas or somfhing? Lube up your linkage inside and outside the care with some white lithium grease, should fix the problem.

Yeah make sure you grease that mofo really good..then you should nt have any problems directions are straight forward and easy enough ..I have the same SS and that IMO is the best mod you can get for the money.
