Celica Forums General Discussion General D.C...VA limits on what you can do to your CELICA

Nobody knows really what dc...va limits are on what you can actually do to your car. They are really strict just about everything! Does anybody know if we can do colored bulbs on the exterior...if not .. what about blacklight gauges.. or shiftnob thingie? Does anybody know how low we can drop our cars in inches? ETC... if you have any idea or if you have previously gotten a ticket...explain or something because i have no idea! lol thanx guyz

where'd you get the Sparco Globe-X Shift Knob that things phat! n who did ur overlays.. I haven't seen that color before.
