About a year ago I put a magnetic bra on my celica because the rocks were eating up my paint job. The other day I go to wax it, and it appears the paint where the bra was is slightly different than the unexposed paint.

From different angles it looks different and it's entirely possibly that it is simply my imagination. I haven't seen these on many other cars, am I breaking a cardinal rule or something and screwing up my car?

magnetic bras are cool, I know some jeepers use them too, as rockguards to so they get nicks and dings everywhere.

Obviously, I was questioning whether the effect was dramatic enough to warrent an obvious difference.

Here is a pic and link to an auction for those who are interested:

Ebay Auction [cgi.ebay.com]

I use mine in combination with a front end mask and like the look.
