Dumb Question

Is there a special name for the bottom part of the front bumper that always hits the curbs when parking the car? Mine is scratched to hell and back and it'd be nice to find a drop-in replacement.

go to the dealer and ask about a stock lower lip for the front bumper confused...that's about all I would think it'd be called
