i have the side vents... now i put a grill on the hole but also a sheet of thin rubber on the back just in case water might leak inside..but i also seen that other side vents have no grill or nothing..what would happen if i take out the thin layer..would the water go inside the car through the side vents if it rains aand would that affect the car??? thanx

i have the nsx air duct on my car, but i cap mine in the back so no water will come in the quarter panel. if water gets in it might rust. here's a pic if you need to look.

I wish ppl would let this shit ride. Hey if money is an issue, it's an issue. If he's waiting for his hookup then watever. How many ppl are gonna ask when he's getting it painted? His setup will look hot once it's done, yes we know, but plz give it a rest. Sorry to not have any useful info bro.

Didn't mean to come off like an ass or whatever, but in my opinion, I think you should wait until you have the cash for paint. But it's your ride man, and I have no doubt it'll be tight as hell when it's done. Just the noob giving an opinion.

I also think that rust is going to be your biggest concern. Especially if it's from the inside. You could get the style that SevenMod has. Or you could Try to devise a way where no water would get in contact with metal. Any thing is possible.

Knowing the path and choosing the path are two different things.

Well why the fuck would you buy something and put it on your car if you don't have enough money to finish it?
