get the TSRM, the sound is hands down WAYYY better than the way the TRD sounds. No doubt about it, TSRM all the way..

I have the TRD and I love it. A nice deep sound, just pefect. I find loud exhaust's kinda annoying. But if you want it loud than I suggest the TSRM.

If you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself.

the TSRM is not loud and the TRD is not loud. Both are below the 95 decible limit. If you decide to get the TSRM and find that it is too loud for your taste, stick that silencer in that it comes with and it tames the beast down significantly. Almost to stock db levels.

TSRM if you want loud sound and softer sound. TRD for just soft sound. Some days you may want to be loud, others you won't, so TSRM.

I have a Tanabe and it has great sound. However, in retrospect I might have gone with the Veilside. It's almost as loud and in my opinion looks better. I don't like the canister look that the Tanabe has. The Veilside also has a 115mm tip, is only 8 lbs, and produces the same max torque as the Tanabe. But if it's between Tanabe and TRD, go with Tanabe because the sound is great.
