It seems that this problem was common (by checking on past threads) but Toyo (once again) has been trying to deny repairing it under warranty.
" title="" src="graemlins/bs.gif" /> They have been giving me the run around where I've resorted to contacting Toyo Corp. They advised that since it's not covered under Extra Care warranty (and the normal warranty is over) I should deal with the original dealership. Now I have to wait yet another day for answers ("we will talk with the district manager"). I guess if worse comes to worse I can resort to painting my headlights.
