I've read the install guides but they r jus tfor mainly relocating the stock fogs, and tony had one for the new fogs he got but he was replacing the stock ones. But what about if you have no fogs right now to replace, how do i go about that? I know it would be the same concept (or maybe not)...

Are you talking about wiring or mounting? For mounting, you can do what I did and modify the stock foglight covers or fabricate your own. Or you can go with the 4" ones which you can mount directly onto the bumper holes.

For wiring, the foglights kit comes with wire harness and a switch. You can follow the direction from there. One problem with the switch is that you have to manually turn it on/off. If you forgot to turn it off, it could kill you battery. Second way to do it is to wire it into your lowbeam. So, when your headlights are on, your foglights will be on as well. This is the best way in my opinion. The last option would be to buy a wire harness/switch kit from Toyota that would integrate into your steering wheel like the way it comes from the factory. But, that can be expensive and a lot of work.

when you buy the fog lights they usually come with the instructions and hardware including a switch.
just follow the instructions and make sure you use good grounds.
