If you have other rims that you think look good, please show me, too. I like chrome ones although I see many people here do not like it. frown
Thanks

in the end it's up to you but imho chrome doesn't blend too well with our car. chrome fits a baller vehicle. if you get the 1st (2nd session timed out) then might as well get hyraulics, fuzzy interior, neon everything and, of course, an ear bleeding bass system. viva la raza!!! spineyes eek

I don't mind chrome on celicas if done tastefully...I've got chrome that is used for my daily driving, and BBS wheels that I use just to race...I think chrome is more for people who like to cruise rather than race (ME)...if you're building your car with a racy look then go racing wheels, but if not then go chrome if you want, I'd have to see them on your car to give honest opinion...but if you do go chrome...DROP your car, or it will look a little funny

It is interesting to see why people think Chrome does not fit with Celica. I have a sliver Celica. I like Chrome wheel because I think it fits the color. And chrome just looks cool to me. I do not race and just want a pretty car. The links above seems not working well. So I post them again.

Here are the links of the wheels that I am interested
1.

More comments are welcome.
Thank you all

It's not so much that chrome itself looks "bad" on our cars. It's more that chrome wheels are usually heavy, so it takes away from the sporty image some. If Racing Hart and Volk decided to start making chrome racing wheels, then it might be different.

But even then, the second factor would still remain... that chrome usually goes on cars that don't have very attractive or sharp lines (SUVs, luxury sedans, ect). For those cars, it creates a focal point on a rather bland vehicle. When you have these huge chrome wheels on a sports car, it just draws attention away from its natural appeal.
