i installed my cold air Intake i got from ebay and i know i shouldn't off got it from ebay but ne ways after i installed it my CEL came on so i took it to auto zone and they hooked it up to a computer and it said it was code P0171 which is the car is running too lean so he then erased the code and everything was fine for about 12 hours when i went to go start up my car and it made a funny noise and i gave it some gas and it would not rev past 3,000 rpm so i went under the hood disconnected the battery and checked all my connections and hoses they were all right and got back in and started it up and it was fine but going up the street i came to a red light and went to slow down pressed the clutch in and i noticed my rpms jumping up and down from 1,000rpm to about 2,500 rpm so then i know something was wrong but no CEL then 5 mins later the car just liked stopped but didn't cut off i was in 3rd and i floored it and it went nowhere the rpms would not go up and CEL came on so i turned the car off and started it back up and CEL was still on and the car was working fine then it did the same thing about 3 more times on my way home can someone please help me i got pics but not on here go to the link below to see the pics http://www.uncontrolledobsessionz.com/members/ron.html please someone help my celica

Why don't you just take that trash off your car and put the stock airbox back on...

You can buy Performance from e-Bay w/o any problems just/// DO NOT BUY "NO NAME" TRASH//// wave
P.S. I have my KYB AGX FROM E-bay and I'm more than happy with it.

Highly recommended not to purchase items like that from ebay. Chances are though, is that your maf sensor got dirty.

watch out for no name brands. there are things that can go with knock-off/replicas: problems. other than that, ebay can be good. you just have to be wary about what you buy.
