RSVP I need some advice with my rims

i just put my 17 inch enkei rs6's on and went to get an alighment but the guy there said it wouldnt need one cause it was done a few months ago before the guy who had it sold me the car. i was driving home on the interstate and when i went over 70 my steering wheel would jerk from left to right very rapidly. would this mean i need an alignment despite what he said? or would i just need to get them balanced?(i put em on myself)

they should be balanced already... as long as the other guy had them balanced...

balanceing is just adding some little weights on the inside of the wheel... usually they come like that from the factory.

you need an alignment my freind.
