Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior check engine light

i have a celica gt with an injen Intake and i dont have the check engine light on, i installed tthe same Intake in my friends car and his check engine light went on, he dosent have the ecu tube but i have seen cars without it and besides the car runs fine, do any of you know how to get rid of the check engine light, i already reset the battery and it came back. help

get the code pulled...you probably crossed two hoses wrong when you installed.

by the way he got this Intake of ebay and it was dirty.
