check engine light

i have a celica gt with an Injen Intake and i dont have the check engine light on, i installed tthe same Intake in my friends car and his check engine light went on, he dosent have the ecu tube but i have seen cars without it and besides the car runs fine, do any of you know how to get rid of the check engine light, i already reset the battery and it came back. help

get the code pulled...you probably crossed two hoses wrong when you installed.
