i dont know if any of guys have the same problems...but i just put on my v14 smoked taillight and i got a lot of space left...the kit didnt cover the whole taillight...

also...its hard to cover around the curve and stuff...i kept getting extra vinyl overlapping one another...what did you guys do to make it look smooth?

mine didnt cover the entire taillight either. The corner is the hardest part to do without wrinkles. I had to leave 1/2in gap between the top piece and side piece. from far away its looks great but up close you can tell the overlaps and the gaps. Did i do it rite? did peeps encounter the same problem?

The v14 is designed that way, reason being is the taillights have such a sharp bend, its difficult for the vinyl to adhere there. The gaps are hardly noticable. As far as overlap goes, just trim slightly to reduce it.

And when driving in both day and night, my friends told me it looked like my car came with it, and they could not see any red coming through, and i told them to really really examine it and they said it was fine, perfect!! thumbsup thumbsup thumbsup thumbsup
