Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior Loud reactive (electric?) exhaust

I'm going to have a custom exhaust made for the celica. Shopping around for mufflers right now, and I think I'm going to go with REACTIVE's MT603, or the MT602 black chrome muffler (looks GOOOOD). If they fit, that is.

BUT...I don't think the silencers in those mufflers are
going to dampen the sound enough to keep any cop pleased
if I'm pulled over (we've got some stupid laws here about
your exhaust should be louder than about 90db I think it is)

anyways...

So I was look at their "EX700 electric exhaust tuner". But does anyone know if this only tunes the pitch of the exhaust note, or can it be used to dampen the sound
aswell?

Or does anyone know of any simmilar product that I could
use? I'd like to be able to turn the exhaust down in case
of any road side controlls, cop having a bad day and need
to take it out on some one, or simmilar...

if ur looking for a cheap exhaust for your celica if you have a gt. buy my vibrant performanca axle back. its almost new. and only 125 plus shipping and i will ship it in actual box. EVEN better for you it comes with removable silencer so if your worried about cop pressure just pop it in.

the gains are very good also. you wont get much power out of a muffler, piping is around 2 1/2 inch into a 3 inch tip.

Listen, anything you find in a retal store probably sucks balls.

Get some quality parts and save us all from having to listen to your RICE ASS FART CAN muffler all up and down America's roads.

Reactive is a shitty company. Everything they make is of low standards and are cheapy produced.

Oh yeah, I have family in Norway, please save them form having to listen to your low quality exhaust.
