My steering wheel shakes when i go past 75mph. I used to be able to go past 100 and it was fine. Can anyone tell me whats wrong with my car?

i got mire tires rotated and got a couple of new tires a couple of weeks ago..my steering wheel now shakes when i go upwards of 80mph.

i'm pretty sure it has to do with the balancing of the tires seeing as i checked my psi and all are at the suggested levels.

Hey, it's not a bad thing, right? Just makes driving more interesting... like one of those video games where the wheel vibrates. spineyes

Ever since I hit that high sidewalk my steering wheel has been shaking at high speeds-I need some mad balancing & probably a new rim! I had to replace the upper arm bcuz of that!

if you hit a high sidewalk and your steering wheel shakes as a result of that...what you probably need is an alignment most importantly. (you may need to get your tires balanced as well...but my bet would be an alignment)

yeah for sure get a balance and check your psi if that doesn't do it and you have aftermarket wheels you will need hub rings. i got my tires balanced like 3 times before the 3rd shop said i needed hub rings.
