Find a place that sells 6K-8K bulbs or just get HID.

if you want BLUE - Pepboys or Autozone can get you some generic bulbs for about $14 a set... but good luck seeing any better than stock since now your light pattern will be blue - as you had asked for.

if you are looking for bulbs that look blue when OFF and shine WHITE when on, read this article...

if you really wanna see blue bright lights, you need to go with HID, which is gonna cost you some $$$. and then if you realy really want blue you have to go something like 9000K or up, they look like purple blue, the lower ones you notice blue in it, but its more bright, while 9000K is more color and loses its brightness, thats how you get blue. so the point is you can get blue, but there not gonna be too bright, either as bright as stock or less brighter

Let me give you a heads up about BLUE headlights: they are crappy at night, especially on blacktop. They don't light up the road even as well as stock bulbs thumbsdown

If you want them just for looks, go for it. But be warned, they are not very functional.
