i got a gt and thinking. which one is better for my engine and which one will give me more hp? what the difference anyways besides the sounds

I'm guessing your talking about headers, exhaust, or CAI.

Exhaust: Tanabe Super Racing Medallion
Headers: DC Sports (if the dyno shows worthy)
CAI: Injen Race Division or AEM - They are pretty similar, although I prefer Injen

only s/c for the GT is TRD's, but you have to cut a hole on the Hood in order to clear the TRD. Trial is working on a s/c based on the Blitz compressor, but it's gonna cost twice as much as TRD's & they'll both probably give you a 35-40 hp gain. TRD is cheaper, but there's the Hood issue.

thats not much gain with that supercharger, but there isnt many turbos to chose from either
