hey i got a pretty big system and im def. going to need another battery or something that will help out with that. if i got another battery where could i put it? you cant put it on the inside of the cab because of the gasses right? please help i want to get it installed but i dont know what to do about this problem.
you can cut out a drop in space, pointed to in the picture, you can get battery boxes, that they use for race cars, they protect the battery, but have a small tube, to remove the gasses from the container...
if anyone wants to know my system is two elemental design 12" a series subs and a Tsunami DB 1800 amp. The amp says 1800 rms so i would be running about 900 wrms to each sub. What would you suggest i get for that to prevent draining my battery too bad?
In theory, couldnt you just replace your current battery with a optima and maybe upgrade your alternator?? I thought that even if you did have a an extra battery, you technically would be still overworking your alternator, and therefore causing extreme wear. I could be wrong.
Thank you.: Props to Zen Motorsports for an outstanding job on the Turbo fabrication, and Props to Hass Autoworks for hooking me up with so many sweet parts, You guys Rock!
