headlight opinion
I plan on painting the inside of my headlights this weekend. and im deciding which color to go with either red or black.
I have a red/black scheme on my car
If anyone could post pics of the headlights painted red, ive seen them in black, also any opinions would be great. I have a Carbon Fiber APR spoiler and im going to be getting black graphics on it, also windows are tinted really dark.
thanks a lot wave

BLACK, definitely.

the rest of your car is already red.. compliment it with an accent color like black.

don't think anyone has shown color coded headlights but ferrari's and lambo have em. if you're good with photoshop (unlike me) you can test the look...

go with BLACK. it'll look hot.

i didn't use any primer. i just used FLAT BLACK spray paint. it took pretty much the whole bottle to paint the two headlights. afterwards, i sprayed it with three to five coats of CLEAR COAT. and turned out nice.

Since you're painting a plastic piece, you're almost certainly gonna need a primer.. use a plastic paint promoter (a special type of primer for plastic pieces).

No primer, eh? Ok, I stand corrected. I'd still use primer, myself.
