yes, just don't overdo it with connections to the cig lighter or you can overload the circuit. no more than three accessories should be tapped into the lighter (two if you actually use the cig lighter to light cigarettes), and be sure to use fuses for added safety.
also, for the lighting, you can tap the green lamp wire next to the cig lighter if you wish, it only comes on when the lights are switched on.
