New mods and a question...

I just ordered my OEM carbon fober Hood today!!! YEAH. My lambos from C2 should be here next week, Ordered my VS2 front facia because my other one got smashed and Im stoked!!! Just wondering though, you all know I had my rims painted black, puth that damned aluminum wing on and got carbon fiber Altezza's right? If not there are some pics around here somewere..anyhow. Im wondering if I should paint the outer ring on my rims chrome. It just seems like too much black. And yes, I know some of you will say painting that would be "RICE" but with all this other shit I cant afford a whole new set of rims right now. OH! Also, do you think thats too much black?? Thanks guys! thumbsup

congrats on your new mods bro. thumbsup

yeah, the all black rims are kinda indistinctive. A lip would serve them well but I don't know if I'd agree with painting it

Honestly...stop wasting your money on your stock rims and save up for new ones. Who cares what they look like right now. They are 15" rims. Save for new ones and you will be much more happy thumbsup

Anything carbon fiber is excellent! I don't think it would be too much black. It should look nice.

Knowing the path and choosing the path are two different things.

Yup...rims never have been a priority for me. I think they are a BAD investment. Everytime Ive ever switched my rims out Ive had nothing but problems. Never rode the same, and all that BS.

Yeah if a painting them will be cheap I say go for it. Although I do think that you should upgrade rims, until you have the money to do that, a polished lip would like nice!!

My car might be slow, but at least it looks nice!

Trust me on this one, the black rims are gonna look much better than trying to paint chrome lips..

Just keep them the way they are and buy some new rims in the future, if you so choose.
