I've heard many good things about Mister Jung's HID's like the warranty issue and that it's a truly plug and play HID. And not like other HID's that you need to purchase a prefabricate spacer that the Celica would need. But I have also heard that a few of his customers lately haven't been satisfied with his service (No response to e-mails and some didn't receive product). I also tried to e-mail him but I got NO RESPONSE. Would anyone recommend Mister Jung or know where I can reach him? Or would anyone know any other HID kit that would give the same color as the picture from Mister Jung? Any reply would be appreciated...
here are some pics the one on the left is my new kit the 8000k one which is not 8000k thx god is probably a 6000k from my experience i guess...light output is incredible and the quality of the kit is just the best, it comes with all the hardware and all, plus its plug and play it also comes with this blueish rubber thingie that i used between the bulb itself and the connector so that the bulb doesnt move...
left pic is the kit i sell, the one on the right is and old kit i used to have on my car i have no idea whats the light output, they used to look very white till i installed the new kit, isnt perception a bicht
more pics and yes i have hids on my headlights and on my fog lights...i do suck as a photographer...
some pics of the install of the fogs hid's
i did had to modify the cap on the fogs, all there is to it is make a hole on it...at least on my kit...then i sealed it with a sealent, or something like that...works great...
best of all the kits come with a 3 year warranty, the ballast are osram sylvania...and the bulbs i believe are korean...
Do you have or could you get an HID that gives that bluish color, like the one on the picture that I posted? Your kit looks really nice and bright but I'm really looking for that bluish color. If you have it or can get it in Blue you could count me in. Just let me know the price. Hey Beto! Do you have the roof spoiler in stock?
this is the only kit i have funney thing it is 8000k which should be very blueish, yet the bulbs are not coated or almost not coated at all...so they are more or less like a 6000k, i guess output is fenomenal... i have them in stock stun...
Beto, how is the insulation of these kits? Ballast and stuff is not suppose to get wet so if it is insulated well a splash would not hurt then thats great It looks kinda dangerous where you put the ballast for the fogs, if a good shot hit the ballast while the light is on...
they are pretty much insulated where they are right now since the bumper and the balck plastic stuff that goes under the car are in place...but you never know...lol i did insulated the fogs themselves... Stun:my kits look like that and even have the same lumens that his kit...they are just labeled 8000k, but they are not, i am so sure...
Beto, next time take the picture in a garage with lights turned off and flash off and take it at an angle, that will show your kit off better maybe even add a white glossy cardboard under the headlights that would show the blue color better too.
Stun:for me my kits look white as white as they can be...but every freaking guy that buys them from me in here (locals)buy them cause they are blue...so i dunno???dammit what you see in the pic is my kit...its is 8000k but dayum i love it...and my other kit was a phillips branded kit...good components and they lived a great life, now they are in my sisters husband bmw...
Mike Lu:i guess you have a good point there i will do so...
