auto knob?

ok my friend has an auto and he was wondering if anyone has seen any mods done to the shifter. and if anyone has any ideas on altering this. he has no computer so i told him id ask you guys. any ideas or suggestions would be great.

um... you buy a new shift knob. This is by RAZO, model RA92. I've seen this install in a Celica. It has the overdrive button.
