now questions:
1. For some reason, when i take up to 4-5-6k rpm, you can feel it, but it kinda dosing the air..basically, you can feel like its giving it in portions.. not as a one flow.. is it the way its supposed to be?
2. if i dont have my check engine sign, does this mean that i did everything right or can there still be a problem?
3. i installed it last night and today when i woke up in the morning, it was raining... i guess the first rain this year... frown anywayz, is driving in the rain not good? or do you just have to avoid big holes... ?
thanks a lot.

1. IDK what up with that, may be your engine adjusting. give it some time.

2. from the pics ... looks like everything is OK

3. Just dont go driving through and puddles that can submerge it and you will be fine.

i wasnt sure about 3 red injen hoses... which one goes where? 16" goes straight into the engine, right? 14" goes to that plastic connector with the "green little thing", and 11" from the canister goes where? i connected it somewhere on the right side..and then i had 2 connectors left... is there a picture which goes where? the way i connected them is because one was too short and could only reach to 1 fuse connector.

And there is one unused hose and in the istall it says to take it out and plug a 3 mm. cap.. can i just leave the hose and tape it from one side? i dont have a 3 mm. cap frown

The Injen CAI for the GTS creates a dead spot between 4-6K. That's normal. Monkey Wrench Racing has pre-tuned an a'pex-i power FC to get rid of that dead spot.

That "Doseing" thing you're talking about it normal. Your engine is always taking in air piece by piece because of the the strokes your engine takes. The reason you can feel it is because it's letting more in because of the construction of your intake.

Sweet mod thumbsup

I think that we need an official "Why you'll NEVER hydrolock because of your CAI" thread stickied. I've come to the conclusion that if nobody on this site has ever done it, it's not going to happen. In theory it could, but I'm pretty sure the warning from AEM and Injen are just 1) legal precaution and 2) a way to sell bypass valves.

Looks good dude. I put an Injen short ram on my celi, but I assume the hook-ups are the same. The little hose coming out from under the throttle body gets capped off. The two that you mention, one goes into the throttle body, the other is an evaporator line. The one down in the corner is I think called the obd sensor and it goes up into the intake. I got no check engine light, and I got way more improvement than I expected. Might be cause its a shorty!! confused
