It seems that this exhaust system would grant the largest hp gain, but I've read that it is for track use only. I was wondering if anyone here uses this exhaust and also drives on the streets. How would anyone find out? Would it be obvious from the decibels? Would they say something about it after my yearly inspection?

Well i used to have it but i gave it to my buddy who has a celi also.I loved it and still do.but its just so annoying trying to listen to the radio or talk to a passenger.I would vote against it but thats not choice with someone elses car..haha...but i will tell you driving it on the streets and going up hills and trying to accelerate quickly the kazuma is a dog.It has no power whatsoever until you hit at least 3500 rpms.In the lower half of the rpms it is terrible.I would say dont get it unless its for track use.

the TRD exhuast is an Axel back exhaust. A cat back exhuast would go right after the cat and replace the mid pipe and resonator. We cant have a cat back becuase the mid pipe and cat are one peice.

The Kazuma is the only realy cat-back for the Celica.

what would be a comparable exhaust that would give a better low end gain, but be louder than the trd, but not as loud as the kazuma.
something like tanabe?
jwing because i am selling my exhaust for my 02 gt. to buy something that will give me more power.
