i just installed my coilovers and new toyo proxes 4 are on the way. while getting quotes for alignments most places won't touch a lowered car. the ones that do quoted camber kits. well, i wasn't ready to buy the hotchkis stuff i wanted by now it seems i at least need the rear camber kit now. for anyone with the hotchkis set up or just a lowered car, is it truly necessary (other than preventing tire wear)? right now the car is about an inch from outer tire (stock 16's) and the top outer fenders. help...

You wont need a camber kit any good alignment shop can get the rear back to normal with the stock equipment.

If I can make a suggestion have the shop set the rear camber at -1.0 or 1.2 and the toe in at 0.

I don't think the rear negative camber islower than -1.0 for factory settings. I believe that is the factory setting.

I would go ahead and get the camber correction, you'll thank yourself for it later.

Knowing the path and choosing the path are two different things.
