rates are always going up thumbsdown

there still going up over here..i was just able to prove that my insurance was a lot cheaper than my bros insurance (we split the insurance in half between his civic and my celica).

so now instead of 50-50 its more like 66-44

I miss those days frown But I had to start my own insurance policy sooner or later so when I finally bought my own car (the Celica) I figured it was a good time to start. Yeah, my $245 insurance is CDN monthly and that's pretty cheap for a 22 year old white boy from the country.

The messed up thing is how insurance rates change when you get married/turn 25. I just found out that since I am getting married during my next 6 month insurance period, I was able to go ahead and get the married rate if I added my wife and her car to the policy. Well anyways, we were each paying over $800 every 6 months... now for both cars and both drivers it is only $589 total. crazy

$1600 > $590 ...not a tough choice.

Hmm that's odd. I'm married and my wife and I are both older than 25. We have a Celica GTS and '97 Mustang and we pay about $2000 a year ($1000 every 6 months) for full coverage on both cars.

Full coverage with the lowest possible deductables.
If someone where to hit my car with a sledge hammer all over the body I would only have to pay $50 to fix it all! AHAHAH..

i pay 182 per month, liability only. Sux bad here. Between car ins. and gas, I get raped every month. Everytime I turn on my car it's a high cost waiting to rise.
