this is a photo of one of the clips holding the seat bottom down... there's one on each side. Just grab the front of hte seat, and pull hard straight up.

Knowing the path and choosing the path are two different things.

to quote steven (moderator):

"to remove the back rest, fold seats down, lift up the upholstry on the bottom of the back. Then unscrew the bolts holding them down.

to remove the butt pad, you grab the front of the seat edge and lift up firmly to unsnap them. that's all."

^ Bastard *** shakes fist *** grin

The bottom seat just press down on the back & push it towards the rear & it'll unclip, then just pull it out

I dunno, but I like having the rear seats on, it's a lot better than throwing stuff in the rear where it moves around

Exactly! And say you've got a girl in your car and she wants to get her freak on...damn, wouldn't that suck to have no back seat to rely on frown

um, not gonna be mean, but obviously neither of you two has gotten laid in a celica.

a girl & a guy getting it on in the back seat?! you two (and your gf's) must be contortionists cause there's just no way.

getting laid in the celica involves:
1.put front passenger seat all the way down
2.lay girl on passenger seat
3.bang away thumbsup
