Can anyone give me a rough estimate of how much a repaint of my whole car would cost? I just wondered if it was even worth thinking about. Thanks.

It could cost you from $300 to $3000. Depending on the quality.

There are companies that would sand your whole car, and mask the parts that they don't wanna paint and paint the rest... that's a cheaper way to repaint your whole car.

The more expensive way to do is to sand the car inside and out and take out parts that need to be painted separately (i.e. doors, hood)...

My toyota dealer's bodyshop said $4000-5000,
where they would remove the doors, windshields, etc...If you want it done right!

a guy at my work just had his car de-dented and painted. they charged him 1000 total. it looks nice from a distance but if you get up close you can tell it was repainted. still looks nice tho.

I had my Mitsubishi fully repainted for about $300 at 1-day paint & body... it looked nice, but if you looked closely, you could see overspray in some places.

for a $800 car, it was worth it...

if you are looking to have your new $15,000+ car repainted, go for the professional $3,000+ paint job thumbsup
