Question, if the whole point of headers, exhaust and intake, is for many reasons, but also for mass air flow, is there any way you could get the intake manifold of the gt port and polished or something like that from the inside to make the tube wider to allow more air to go through, and would this really help anything??

I have heard several people mention getting their GT intake manifold polished to remove burrs and welding stuff left over from the manufacturing process, but it won't make it any bigger. You can have the head ported for more flow, but this should be done by somebody with experience on newer toyota heads and I haven't heard about wether it makes any power or not.
