ok, will a imported 3sgte engine fit in a 7th generation celicla, what else would need to be purchased to make this work, how much will it cost, and what kind of horsepower could one expect from this engine?

damn man im not so sure about this but from wats been around you are lookin at about 18000 to spend on the swap you have to get a new suspension and a hole lot of other shit so save some money up before even starting thinking about it

Actually, I believe you can do it for around $10,000. The guy in Florida that was in HCI magazine is thinking about selling a kit.

man with 10k you can buy a car wit more hp then a 3sgte...some requires mod because 3sgte is turbo n powerful...but still dont waste ur money...just buy a diff car...

Don't forget how old the 3SGTE engines are. Good luck finding one with less than 100K on the clock!

Personally I wouldn't bother. I'd just buy a GT4. 10K would buy you a near perfect example of the Carlos Seinz 6th Generation Celica.
