MTEC is a cheap HID basically which gives brighter light and doesnt cost too much. goto CelicaStore and check it out urself, or do some search on MTEC. ull find some nice feedbacks and some comparison pictures

the MTEC's arent any brighter than the stock lights, probably close to equal, but they have that nice bluish tint. Im diffinately happy with mine for the price. thumbsup

i had the same problem...when my stock burnt out i bought like 3 pairs of h7s and fogs...theyre so cheap on ebay (yeah yeah i know)...but even if i put them on with latex gloves and handled them so carefully as to not get anything on the bulb while putting it in, they still burnt out within 2-3 months...but hey, you get what you pay for right, well i bought a shitload of em so im ok with mine...i want to buy real HID conversion but from those cheap bulbs burning out so fast, im thinkin maybe there's moisture getting in the lamps and burning them out...so id rather keep buyin those bulbs instead of shelling out 400$ just to find out moisture might break them...
