www.speedhut.com might have a few answers for you. I know they have examples, but you aren't limited to those. If you can send them a graphic you can get it on those gauges.

yep, those SpeedHut people allow you to make your own lettering, colors in the gauges I think..

Unfortunately, no. They were on my last car, and I've since bought a new computer (and didn't transfer the pics). But, you can go to their website and see lots of pictures. You can also "build your own," which is pretty cool cool

They probably won't do it because it's not a toyota part, but you can get a local stereo shop or car toys.. or local tuner shop to do it. It's not hard, you can do it yourself, even. Check the installs section for the how-to.
