I found this on a web site, is it true?

Impact Parts recommends that you use Goldline or Sprint Springs for street use. Use coil-over springs for show cars only.

Or is this only true for Goldline and Sprint coilovers?

I got the goldline springs and I think they are great. Great ride and I love the lowering length, about 1.8"

they might be saying coilovers are only good for show cars because if you have the levels off just a little bit, your alignment will be all messed up. You will wear out your tires faster. Its cool to be able to go to the spring and turn it to lower it a little but if you dont do it the exact same way for every spring then you'll have the problems.
