I just signed up for this forum. I'm having a heck of a time getting the front bumper off my 1991 Toyota Celica STX. It had a fender bender and I need to replace it plus the radiator tie bar. I've removed lots of bolts (all 10mm) but it still doesn't budge. There are a few phillips-type plastic screws that strip when I try to remove them. Also, there's two large (~13mm I think) bolts you can see if you look straight through the front of the bumper opening that won't budge. Do they need to come off? Do the plastic screws need to come off? (If yes, how?). I have a book on this but it's not very helpful (i.e., pictures don't match my car).

Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Don
