why do you have to remove the head light housing, side skirts and front bumper for? Isnt taking off the fender enough?

i was thinking of doing this but i was going to do the shaved door handles and keyless enrty with air bags.

what is the easiest way to pull this off.

dosent have to be the cheapest.
