S-AFC Wiring Instruction for 2000 Celica GT-S
e4-18 - Ground (Brown & Black, Make Sure Brown Is Closer to ECU) e4-12 - O2 (Blue) e4-11 - MAF (Yellow & White, Make Sure Yellow Is Closer to ECU) e4-23 - Throttle (Gray) e3-27 - RPM (Green) e2-16 - Power (Red)
S-AFC settings
Lo 1k/-1% 2k/0% 3k/0% 4k/0% 5k/-1% 6k/0% 7k/+1% 8k/+1%
Hi 1k/+1% 2k/+2% 3k/+1% 4k/-1% 5k/-3% 6k/0% 7k/+2% 8k/+4%
Lo Throttle: 25%
Hi Throttle: 80%
Hardwire settings:
In: 01/1
Out: 01/1
Choose at ETC.: 4 cilinders, then arrow. sensor type hot wire 01 / 01 ----- 1 1 hi-trotlle 75 % low-trotlle 25 %
Hi-trotlle: starting at Ne1 3000 Rpm: +15 over NE8 6000 Rpm: +17
Low-trotlle: all NE_ less -4
Try these settings, my GT-S is running fine.

APEX DIGITAL SUPER AFC
CONCEPT: Piggyback Fuel Computer
CHARACTERISTICS: Modifies air-flow meter signal (pressure signal in some vehicles) to optimize fuel-air ratio; Vacuum Fluorescent Display (VFD).
COMMENTS: The second-generation S-AFC is a fuel computer that adjusts fuel/air ratio by modifying the air-flow meter/MAP sensor signal. The S-AFC features a user-definable, eight-point, adjustable fuel curve that can be set in 500 RPM increments. The range of fuel adjustment is +/- 50% at each of the user-defined setting points. On hot-wire vehicles, the Deceleration Air Flow Correction function is capable of curing the erratic idle and stall problems associated with open-atmosphere blow-off valves on hot-wire air-flow meter systems. The S-AFC is capable of monitoring and replaying the following data channels in Numerical, Analog Meter and Graph displays: Intake Manifold Vacuum/Boost Pressure, Air Flow Capacity, Intake Manifold Pressure, Karmann Frequency, Engine RPM, Throttle Position, and Air Flow Correction %.
