  butterfly remove mod.

hello hope you all are having a great day.

any ways i just got done removing my butterfly valve on my intake....it was easy as 1 2 3 BUT...i have a question about two hoses connected to the intake..

what is this hose and how come i heard a hiss sound when it came off?
(its the light blueish color looking hose)


and the hose that used to be connected to the butterfly valve fine as is? left alone not connected to anything?

Both of those hoses are vacuum lines, put a plug in that loose line.
