  What kind of lip is this?

I got a guy selling this lip and supposedly it is a genuine toyota lip. Is this true or is this some sort of a replica? Here are the pics that I got of it.

that could either be wings west or the trd elegant lip. if i'm wrong somebody please tell me, but if it is the trd elegant lip those are usually really expensive if they are authentic

He said that it is the one that is optional from the 2000 Celicas. I think that he is talking about the elegant lip.
