my friend has a complete aem piggyback, and he wants to sell it to me cheap.im really debating on it cuz i heard they have to be tuned in near perfect of you can blow the motor or do other very serious engine damage, i really need to know what you guys think? or if anyone has it. oh and also my friend got a venum 400 controll modual in his 01 gts six spd, and mynes still faster(so dont waste your money!)

my friend has an eclipse with the venom module. intakes lean out the stock a/f and the venom just makes you run rich, which i can smell the pungent gasoline aroma out the exhaust if he leaves it on in idle.

There is no aem piggyback. There is the aem standalone engine management system but that is for specific cars. They are suppose to be coming out with one for the celica soon.

What car does your friend have? I don't think AEM makes a piggy-back or standalone for the celica.
