i have a 92 gt and the speedo says 120. but the needle goes to 120 pretty easily and i wonder how high would it go if i had a higher speedo?

you guys suck, I never really got above 110 because it seemed to take soo long to get there. Just got my car from the shop bout 2 hours ago and wasnt really tryin to top it out but was soo happy to get it back, went to 115 real quick, but at about 116 or 117 it wouldnt give anymore gas(had it floored) so i guess my 91 gt has a govenor.

mine gets to 110 veeeery quick but then again... all trac my ex got the 90 gt-s up to 143 ONCE... didn't even realize it, lol... some fkin honda tried racing us back from the airport and so he floored it... i looked at the speedo and was like "shit matt, u should slow down... " he looked down and was like, FUCK! lol. hit 143 and never tried it again, LOL... needless to say... we wassted that honda

nice with my boyfriends rx-7 once on the way to an autox we hit about 150+ which is always fun. God that car is HOT you couldnt even feel you were going that fast. But yeah after a certain speed drag kicks in and also lack of topend and HP....Meh...soon enough ill pass the limit
