now lets start taking shit apart
the first thing u need to do is

on the picture uncrew the crews pointed by the black arrow, ignore the pointing fingers, there are just pointing out next step

ur gauges clusters are going to end up looking kinda like this wen ur finish

step 7
in order to get the orange gauges out, u need the neddle to come out. so with 2 spoons u put them under the neddle and u push down wards, push down were the pointing fingers are, be really careful with this step, and dont push really hard u mite break them.

step 8
now that the neddle is off peal out the orange gauge out, like in the picture, now u mite have a hard time cuz there is lil hooks, were the needles were before, the hooks are pointed out by the pointing fingers, it should not be hard just pull the gauge down a lil to get it off the hooks

step 9
if u just want to change the gauge then ur done. but if u want to change ur LED then keep going with this next step.
now take the green board off the white cluster, i started to take it off by starting with the right side of the green board, then pulling it off

Posted by: Clos (Carlos) Picture Picture Attachment

step 12
i found it a lot easy to stick a lil knife under it, and pushing up wile pulling with my other hand, stick the knife were the pointing fingers are pointing

place the LED were the old one use 2 be at, remember blue goes the same way as the stock LED was, red needs to go on the oposite way as stock, now with the silver solder cut a peace of it off, maybe about 4 inches, trust me it burns up easy, now place the silver solder were u want for it to melt, and then with the tip of the pen pouch it and bam ur done. dont put 2 much of it a few lil drops will be good
here is a picture for u to get an idea of wat i just said

now replace all the LED pointed by the yellow arrow on this picture from the other guide.

Attachment

Posted by: Clos (Carlos) Picture Picture Attachment

now if ur doing blue and u want ur red line to be red and not blue here is the chance to change the LED. now change the last one on the RPM metter to red here its pointed out by the finger

Attachment

Posted by: Clos (Carlos) Picture Picture Attachment

also its time to change the rest if u want ur gauges to be all blue, and not have red LED and Green ones all over the gauge, ill point out witch one is witch on the picture bellow

Posted by: Clos (Carlos) Picture Picture Attachment

after this lets make sure all ur lights are working, now run outside and plug in both of ur harnesses and turn ur the key to on. it should look like this

thought i forgot about ur needles, NOPE I DIDNT, now go grab some robing alcohol and some cotton balls, deep the cotton ball into the alcohol then try to rub out all the orange on ur needles, after all the paint its done get a sharpie and color only the botton of the neeedle. now u dont have to use a sharpie, u can use paint or transparent paint but its all up to u

the reason y is because u need to recalibrate ur needles, here is how i did it. go to the car and try to place ur needles at 0 RPM and 0 MPH, now plug the white harnes first and ur needles will jump, let it sit there for 10 to 15 seconds then connect the blue one, if ur needles are off just keep trying to take them out and put them back on, now u dont need to push them all the way in just push it in enough so it wont fall, keep doing this till ur done u dont want ur rpm and mph to be off. specially the rpm u dont wanna blow ur engine, now this mite take a lot of time but with pations it will be okay. and if nothing work, wile the car is on take out the needle and put it in, it mite help just try wat ever u can, u will get it some how, if u need more help PM. thats all ya here is a more detailed instalation guide to RJ autoworks gauges
hope i make it to the install guide on the site

Calibrating the needles is easy, you just take them past max, like push rpms above red line, it will fall back down, same for mph
