How To Remove/Install Front Seats

This project was quite easy - only four bolts and they are in obvious locations

Removal:

* Slide the seat all the way forward...

* Using a screwdriver, remove the 'seat track covers'.
(hint: tape the screwdriver tip before use - so as to not damage the plastic covers)




* Remove the two rear bolts...




* Now slide the seat all the way back...




* Remove the two front bolts...




* Carefully tilt the seat backwards and disconnect the connectors...




* Remove the seat...

Installation:
* Mount the front seat to the vehicle.

* Connect the connectors under the seat.

* Slide the seat to the front-most position.

* Tighten the bolts on the rear side temporarily, starting from the bolt on the inner side tighten them completely (torque 37 N-m, 375 kgf-cm, 27 ft-lbf)

* Slide the seat to the rear-most position to install the bolts on the front side (torque 37 N-m, 375 kgf-cm, 27 ft-lbf)

* Install the seat track overs.

And you're done
